You’re in a highly walkable area near some of the city’s best restaurants, shopping, parks, and museums, with easy access to the streetcar. You’ll walk into a home that feels clean, cohesive, and thoughtfully put together. It’s comfortable without being basic, and everything is designed to feel simple, intentional, and easy to live in. You’ll also feel comfortable coming home at night, with secure building access (two entry points) for added peace of mind. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking & entertaining needs. Starter supplies of coffee, sugar & creamer are provided. Access your own TV apps through the Roku Smart TV. A few things to note: Street parking only (typical for this area), though most guests find parking nearby without much difficulty. This space is intended for temporary visitors to Kansas City and not local residents. Laundry is located in the building basement and is coin-operated. You’ll also have access to the rooftop patio — a favorite spot for sunsets and city views.

You'll have the 1 Bedroom apartment all to yourself! You're also welcome to use the exercise equipment in the basement as well as access the rooftop patio from the 8th floor.
