Gorgeous interior- magazine worthy upstairs bathroom and Pinterest board inspired decor. Clean, cozy, chic. Comfy beds! Easy check in and check out process- and our host allowed us early check in after explaining we were running ahead of schedule coming into town. Would stay there again now that I’m familiar with the area. We had no problems- little noisy at night with Broadway being a block away and people racing on the streets BUT the seeing the cute outdoor kitty’s out the window made up for it. Pros definitely weigh out the cons!

We enjoyed the house. The bedrooms were spacious. The PAC MAN game was a hit! We walked to the street car which was an easy walk. The location was also convenient for other places we drove to. Jaymi was very responsive and gave us some suggestions on where to go as well. Her online guide was also a great tool to have. Overall it was a great stay!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Everything about the place was perfect for us, we cooked food and watched movies. We felt right at home. The shower was perfect, and we all felt very relaxed! We recommend this home, weather it’s couples, friends, or family! We had breakfast at ARs which was 7 minutes walking distance. (Loved the brunch) our stay was wonderful!

Jaymi's place was every bit as good as advertised and was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay during the World Cup in Kansas City. She was also very accommodating when we ran into some unrelated issues on our trip, which we all greatly appreciated. Easy access to downtown KC via the streetcar and no shortage of neighborhood bars were definitely a plus!

The only reason for the three star review is because there was a mouse that ran across the living room during our stay, which was quite unsettling. The house is in a great location and was very comfortable. Jaymi is an excellent, communicative host, and she proactively compensated us for the issue we had and laid traps. I am hopeful that she will take care of the pest issue for future guests. Had it not been for this issue, I would have given a five star review without a doubt.

One of the best stays I’ve had in KC!! I had an enormous conference event and this location was with in a mile from the event. Literally on the backside of Westport with tons of great restaurants. This place was amazing from the layout and design. The bathroom is amazingly done and with a foot claw tub! The size of this rental was perfect for me and my team. The host was very attentive and we had not concern for safety at any point. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

This cute house is a perfect, walkable location to enjoy many restaurants and bars. It’s central location in the city also serves as a great home base for exploring Kansas City. Adorable and VERY clean. As with all city stays, we bring our white noise machine and had zero problems with noise. Parked right in front of the house. We felt comfortable walking to a restaurant on the corner and to Walgreens. That bathroom was worth every penny we paid! Proactive communication was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this Westport home! The house matched the pictures perfectly, which was such a relief. The arcade was a huge hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. The location is very central, making it easy to get around KC and explore different neighborhoods. Since we visited in winter, we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard, but it looks like it would be absolutely lovely in spring or fall. The host was extremely responsive and proactive, even sharing local recommendations that made our trip smoother and more fun. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Jaymi's home was centrally located and easy to access. It is quite comfortable and easily accommodated two families (4 adults, two kids). Jaymi’s house was a little oasis in an urban setting. The house is clean and organized and the beds are very comfy! We loved sitting on the back patio and around the fire pit, relaxing and chatting. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean! We got lucky with parking and found a spot on the same street and in view of the house. Location is wonderful if you are looking to bar hop and grab some food. We did not though so I have no recommendations. Neighbors were very nice and respectful of noise others did not get the memo. We had teens out around 1 am fighting and yelling, cops came around a time or two. We also had a lot of cars up and down the road very late at night. Although we had late night issues I would still recommend this house as it’s a beautiful place and well worth the money.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, cozy home in Kansas City! It felt comfortable, stylish, and super inviting. The beds were incredibly comfy (we all slept like rocks!), but hands down, the highlight was the bathroom. That clawfoot tub? My wife may or may not have taken an unnecessary number of baths. Our host went above and beyond with recommendations. It truly felt like staying at a friend’s place (a very tasteful, very well-located friend). Would 100% stay again — and next time, I’m calling dibs on the bathtub first!

We had a wonderful stay at Jaymi’s place, and it was spotless. It is very walkable to anywhere in Westport. The Nelson-Atkins Museum and other local attractions are a 10 minute drive or less. Same with the nearest KC Streetcar parking to head into downtown. Once the streetcar route is finished expanding (late 2025) you could walk or transit anywhere that isn’t a sporting event. Jaymi was a wonderful host and would absolutely stay again the next time we are in KC!

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The decor was so beautiful. It was like staying in a home from a magazine shoot. At first glance the neighborhood may seem rough, but it quickly becomes obvious that the homeowners in the area are building it up as a new "place to be" in Kansas City. Everything was great at Jaymi‘s place! We went with our two kids and my in-laws for the big 12 men’s basketball tournament. It was very close to the T-Mobile center, which was a huge bonus! We loved the charm and character of the house. The house only has one shower, but the full bathroom is large, well vented, and had lots of natural light which was a plus! There is a half bathroom on the first floor which was convenient for us to use when we were all downstairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This place is so worth every penny! And it didn’t given cost much! I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb throughout the country and too many of them remind me of minimally thought out ikea homes. Jaymi and her husband had everything you could need, plus one more. The location is perfect to Westport downtown area and within mins to town and country mall area. Highly highly recommend. We got hit with a snow storm and Jaymi husband even brushed off our cars the next morning! He snow plowed everything and even did it through out the day. Unfortunately, we were caught in a blizzard, and due to the weather, we couldn’t safely travel home on the check out day. The house looked like the photos - spacious, well furnished and equipped, tastefully decorated. Biggest issue was while proximate to the Westport commercial area, the house is situated in a “transitional” neighborhood, including the block this house is on… we expected to hear fireworks in NYE, but heard gunshots nearby 2 nights, sirens every night and a surprising amount of traffic on our one-way street. Single pane windows didn’t help, and earplugs weren’t enough…. House itself was great, but wished the house were situated even just a few blocks away in a neighborhood that felt more stable and safer….

We were in town for a girls trip for the Hallmark Christmas Experience. Jaymi was an excellent host from start to finish. We arrived a little earlier than check-in time and she allowed us to check in. The property is charming and was perfect for our group of 5. It’s stylishly furnished and decorated with vintage touches. The rooms and beds are very comfortable with roomy closets and convenient luggage stands. The bathrooms were really clean and everything worked well. The beds are comfortable with extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was stocked with a few basics like coffee and tea which seems minor but definitely nice to have in the morning before heading out. The location was just a few blocks away from great dining, vintage shopping, and a Christmas market the weekend we stayed. Jaymi’s dining guide was spot on and did not disappoint. It’s also just a 10 minute Uber ride to nearby areas like Crown Center. We returned in the evenings to a warm and welcoming home.

We very much appreciated our stay at Jaymi's house for a small trip to Kansas City. It was clean, well appointed, and centrally located. Jaymi was very responsive and a great communicator. We especially loved the beautiful upstairs bathroom and backyard, and my nephew appreciated the PacMan machine. We visit Kansas City at least once a year and have stayed at several other listings in the city and this one was by far the best. We will definitely try to stay again when we come back!

Jaymi’s place was just as it was described, very homey and relaxing. We love the place perfect for a women’s trip to KC. We wish we were there in the summer looks like nice walk to entertainment and great back yard. The bathroom was huge and very nice. Jaymi was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely go back again.

This Air BNB was great! Walking distance to all of the hotspots in Westport. Easy to get to and check in was a breeze. I will be recommending this rental to all of my friends headed to KC for the weekend!

We hebben twee nachten mogen doorbrengen in het prachtige huis van Jaymi tijdens ons verblijf in Kansas City (onze eerste kennismaking met Amerika). Het huis is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's te zien is. Het was brandschoon en alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig. Wat omgeving betreft, merk je dat je in een stad verblijft maar dat heeft zeker ook z'n charme. Een absolute aanrader!

This was such a great Airbnb! The inside of the house was beyond nice. There was a full kitchen, so many different ways to make coffee. The bathrooms were stocked and newly remodeled. Easy check-in with code. Comfy couches with throw blankets and the beds were really comfortable. Overall exceptional experience with a great host.

Jaymi’s place is tastefully decorated and had everything needed for my 7 night stay. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels were provided. Each bedroom had extra pillows and blankets. The beds are firm but comfortable. The arcade machine and board games were a nice touch. I loved having the washer and dryer available which allowed me to complete laundry before returning home. The neighborhood was a bit busier than I expected. There were lots of loud cars and sirens throughout the night. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at Jaymi’s place again if I’m in the area.

House was better than the photos! So cute and clean! The beds were really comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. The full bathroom is huge and the shower is so nice. We loved the patio and front porch in the mornings and evenings! Really great Westport location , super close to awesome food, coffee, bars, and shopping. Only a few minutes car ride to other downtown KC areas! Hosts communication was clear, very nice, responsive, and she made great suggestions for things to do and see while we were in town. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Kansas City!

Came to KC for the Phillies-Royals game weekend. House is recently updated with very nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely clean. Cleanest ABNB I ever stay at. We didn't know about the Westport area. So close. Great bars and restaurants. This house is a perfect stay for someone wanting to explore Kansas City.

I had an unexpected error happen with another Airbnb which caused me to be looking for a place last minute and I am so grateful we found this one! completely walkable to a good portion of things but the side road it's on is actually really quiet for being inside kc! the inside is killer and I will recommend that tub all day long!! super friendly and helpful with a quick booking! if you are visiting kc I highly recommend this place and will be looking for it everytime I visit up there from now on!

The house was exactly as advertised and had everything you could need. Check-in was super easy and the house was clean and well-maintained. Some rooms were a bit warm, even with window AC (which was quite loud), but there were box fans to help. The location is super close to the main bars and restaurants in Westport, but located near a USPS facility, which creates a lot of traffic/noise at night

This airbnb was beautiful! An older home but completely renovated on the inside and out. Makes you feel cozy and right at home. Jaymi had clear instructions and was great at responding. The location was great, we walked to westport which was only a few minutes(2-3). They have an amazing variety of food, drinks, entertainment, and more. The house was clean with beautiful decorations, and the arcade game was definitely a hit. I would definitely stay at Jaymi’s house again!

This was a great place to stay, everything we had planned and wanted to do was with in a 5-20 min drive. Worked well to get to and from the stadium. We ate at restaurants right on 39th. Very good places to eat. Q39 was amazing!! There is a lot of renovations going on to businesses in Westport and to the area, when those get completed this place will be even better to stay in but still a great place to stay. We will stay again!!

We found Jaymi’s place after deciding the first place we rented was dirty and unacceptable. What a wonderful find! Jaymi’s home was lovely and sparkling clean. She was extremely kind, offering to bring us ice when we couldn’t make icemaker work. Now that’s hospitality! Would definitely stay there again.
